Shave 3

Abbate y La Mantia’s soaps are elegantly packaged in boxes adorned with instructions and certifications in Italian, English, and Latin. It makes for an entertaining read on a quiet Sunday morning. Most soaps also come with a helpful card detailing the beneficial properties of key ingredients. However, deciphering this can be challenging due to the exuberant prose style, both in Italian and English, where clarity occasionally takes a backseat to panache.

Despite the challenge, I think I’m reading it right when I see that ten percent of the soap consists of Shea butter. After two passes, my face feels ultra soft, and that sensation deepens with each passing hour. While the lather may not be the most opulent, the final result, particularly on a cool, dry day, is truly impressive.

The soap is kicked, but the AS lives on. Little by little I've been using the aftershave, just because it's there. Good chance another set will show up again in the future. I just have to get the hoard down a little.

So last night, the 2023 One Chip Challenge was passed and other than the ring of fire this morning and my taste buds as I sip my coffee being a little off/odd, no other residual side effects. If I remember correctly from doing this in 2020 the taste buds recover when the scar tissue in my mouth heals from the torching it took. Great shave with todays set up and hope all have a great day !
