Here’s how Abbate y La Mantia describes the scent of this soap: “Stalls of crunchy sweets and pots of spiced wine. Enter a church where the choir is singing, while outside the night is coming.” Notes include citrus, clove, incense, and myrrh. So, it smells like Christmas eve in Italy. I have to admit, I really like it. It’s mild, but pleasant, and for me the fragrance works as well for a sunny afternoon shave as it does for a cool morning scraping.
