Btw, I sold all the sandalwood ones. I have "a few" unscented though.

And yes... The AOS pucks came to me in the Valobra box.

A big box!

I might be the king of the Stinkers. Odd, esoteric, and offal? Chances are I’ll give it a shot…..and like it.  But this morning I worked up the nerve to try B&M The Four Horsemen series War.  Scent notes listed on the side of the jar are hot metal, gunpowder, citrus, resins, and moss.  Say now! That sounds interesting! I pulled out a synthetic brush because I knew how some scents linger and for Pete’s sake I didn’t want this one stuck deep inside a silvertip.  Uncorking it, I was struck with memories of chopping cilantro for a fine Mexican meal.  Not the wafting scent of a bit of cilantro sprinkled atop a taco, but the full force, cilantro-only while prepping a whole bundle of cilantro for a meal to feed the family reunion.  Yeah, it’s potent, but hey, often soaps change when lathered so I wetted the bristles and went to loading.  After a good 50 laps I wet my face and brought the brush to my cheeks expecting to suddenly be transported to Gettysburg and a battle between the blue and grey.  I worked and swirled and added water knowing that at any moment the acrid scent of a rifle shot would assail my nose and then after several moments the hot steel of my barrel and the moss of the earth as I hunkered for cover behind a rail fence in the moist earth loading my rifle for another volley.  I expected to hear the screams of wounded horses and the clash of sabers. But as I continued to work it none of that was forthcoming.  I thought, “perhaps he gunpowder scent is the sharp tickle of nitrocellulose as you pour it into casings.  And I searched but alas what I smelled was salsa canning day at the hacienda, except we forgot the onion, tomatoes, garlic, and tomatillos and had grown too much cilantro.  My face felt like a molcajete at a table side guacamole prep.  There was no terror.  No screaming.  No confusion.  Just the sound of trumpets and an accordion.  No sir, this one is a swing and a miss and my brush will see Stirlings Texas on Fire tomorrow to make up for what I put it through today. Oh brother! This one might have to wait for “hazardous chemicals day” at the dump.

I dunno, Lip. Cilantro surely has to be better than Texas On Fire. That stuff makes you smell like you passed out in an ashtray at the local watering hole.  Big Grin

If you were to mention to Will about the missing salsa ingredients, there is a decent chance he'd go about crafting up a scent based on salsa. You just never know what he'll do when it comes to scents.

Dude!!

Love Will and B&M but your reviews of 'War' have brought forth the 'terror' of battle far better than any 'war' correspondent in history.

Found my skin tingling in anticipation of the unknown, the pit of imminent 'terror' in my stomach and clear vision of things that can never be unseen. Literally ran to the facilities both diarrhetic and emetic but emptied both ends midflight much to embarrassment and shame.

In conclusion, would argue that 'War' has indeed delivered on the 'war' experience based on your commentary....  it will forever live in my hall of fame product reviews.
