Crowne & Crane Tobacco Vanilla

Said day in the Bluegrass State. Cool&sunny. At the track [Keeneland] looking for Dave?

The Sycamore is quite a specimen. Was a small tree when I came here in the 70s.

My third son proposed to his girl here in March under this beauty.

Cigar, whiskey and tobacco vanilla. Not a bad day.

C U all tomorrow

Thank you for the info. I’m definitely going to check that out. Jub EDP  is pretty strong as is so an EDE would be like 30-40% and take it to a whole new level.
A King's perfume. That stuff is awesome

If it’s good enough for the Sultan, I’ll drop the required quid on the Extrait! Frank is 100%, it’s one of my strongest. Definitely watching for this one. Ncardny keep us updated…..setting the required 500 aside now, no doubt will be snatched up immediately, they can barely keep the EdP in stock as is.

Nice addition to the den Dave .

To me the Gibbs may be one of the best shaving razors ever made. Certainly in the adjustable category. As you mentioned smooth all the way from 1 to 6/12 setting. I’ve used all the knock offs but for me the original is still tops and to think how long ago those were made.  Yeah modifying the blades a bit of a pain but I use the same technique that you do. Just cut a little off the ends and line it up and your good to go.

Enjoy my friend!
Thanks Frank, have a great day !

With all the Amouge J25Man EdP talk for the Sultan of Oman, I cut the line with A&E Khalifa and pulled out the Black Afgano for the finish….. another sexy, mysterious, dark, powerful EdP!

Here’s my question: The Caliphe outranks the Sultan correct? Meaning, the Sultan is the Caliphe’s deputy right? Where’s DanLaw when you need him and that library of his…..

King of Oud (Wholly Kaw) apple oud
Shave 20 ・ 76 g left

Compared to Grooming Dept’s robust takes on oud, Wholly Kaw’s King of Oud is pretty tame. I smell dried fruit, florals, and old wood, lots of good stuff. It’s quiet enough for a calm Sunday morning, and if I squint I can almost smell JXXV.

FaceScraper, great work on that tin of bay rum! You're an inspiration to us all. Keep it up. Nice to have at least one of us chewing through a tub from time to time.

TommyCarioca, the menthol in Wholly Kaw's Fern Concerto is light. I get about three minutes of chill after the last rinse. The soap smells like Eau de Guerlain, a lemony cologne with bits of green stuff floating in it. It's a summertime staple for me, but I'd be telling a stretcher to say it was a fougère.

Great looking shave Frank. I will be ordering that Bay Rum when Dragonsbeard V4 is ready!
