Opuntia offers a blend of fruity and woody notes, including bergamot, apple, patchouli, and vanilla. In other words, it smells like Aventus, but without the smoky bits. Nothing wrong with that. Aventus is a nice smelling cologne that’s proved very popular for over the last dozen years. However, it’s somewhat disheartening to see Saponificio Varesino, who are known for such innovative base formulations, so closely replicating a familiar fragrance, even when it’s a good one.
