Fougère Friday
BoukiMaster is right. This stuff stays low and close, and it is creamy and slick. The water band is not as broad as Barrister&Mann or Declaration Grooming. I find its lathering attributes very similar to Frank's new F base. We are definitely in the Golden Age of Wet Shaving Puckdom.

Fern Concerto (Wholly Kaw) bergamot & cream
Shave 1 ・ 114 g left
When I ordered Fern Concerto, I expected a pleasant fougère for Fern Friday, but when I lathered it, what I got was a lot of bergamot. Other notes within the scent merely contribute to a creamy undertone. It’s a pleasant and fresh aroma, however I hesitate to call it a fougère. In fact, it most resembles Turtleship's Iceberg, which is also composed of bergamot and menthol. So, a little bit of a disappointment in the scent department, but at least the soap’s refreshing chill is just right.
