When I first got Diamond I was excited to smell the grass and dirt of the infield of a ball Diamond. I love baseball and back before leather gloves I played at a pretty high level. It’s been a long time since anyone called me to a team though so …….. memories. Thus, super excited to have that smell in my nostrils. Perhaps there might also be a hint of pine tar and the rosin bag on the hill. But alas, it was not to be. I could smell the grass but no dirt, tar, or rosin. Disappointed isn’t a strong enough word. But over time I picked up Tobacco smoke and beer? Yeah. I started to understand this scent wasn’t the “player” but the “spectator” and since that is my spot now I started to enjoy this soap like I’m forced to enjoy baseball: from the bleachers. It’s good. So good in fact that this is my second set.

Better than it's panned. Do get a hint of leather but not what expected. It could have been so much more.

Cremo Original
I got a decent shave out of it, but it felt weird (and funless) to be using it without a brush (as per the instructions). Half of it ends up all over your hands.
It doesn't rinse (from razor or hands) easily either, so I think I'm going to use it primarily as an additive to other soaps & croaps.
We could be Heroes, just for one day.
