What soap/cream did you use today?

The big summer read continues, but I’ll take a short break from Dante’s Inferno to dip into the idylls of Theocritus. An ancient Greek poet born in the 3rd century BC, Theocritus portrayed rural life and the beauty of nature on Sicily and other islands scattered across the Mediterranean. His short poems greatly influenced later poets, including Virgil and the Renaissance pastoralists. What better soap to go with these poems about shepherds in the countryside than Nectar Amissa, which features the typical Mediterranean scents of bergamot, rose, geranium, cypress, and fir. 

I've scoured Noble Otter's site looking for another tub, but I get the impression that Nectar Amissa was a one-off soap. Noble Otter hasn't carried it for a while. A pity, really, since of all their fragrances, this spicy conifer scent appeals to me the most.

Had to take a day off from the Legacy razor sincethis arrived. 1st shave in over a year with an Athena and SOOOO happy to have gotten one finally. I find it as mindless a shave as the my Polished Rockwell 6S on a 5 Plate. The sweet spot on the Athena is narrower but it gives an amazing close shave with ease. Have a great day Everyone !!
