As I was browsing through Pasteur's site last weekend, I came across GD's Tobacco Oud. This is a soap I've seen posted often as being "one of the greatest" scents. Being a fan of tobacco-scented soaps, I had always wanted to give it a try. But for whatever reason, I was still on the fence and wasn't sure I would include it in the cart. Then, with perfect timing, Bouki posted on the scent. If I remember correctly, he described it as the scent of a well-used, but empty, humidor. One that has had time to soak in the tobacco aroma. Well, after reading that and being a former cigar smoker, I had to give it a try. Upon opening the tub, the only thing I could think was that Bouki absolutely nailed the scent profile on this one. And I couldn't be happier! For me, GroomingDept has created a scent that truly ascends to the pinnacle of greatness...
