What soap/cream did you use today?

I'm finally getting back to finishing this soap off.  It measured at 59.65 gr prior to loading.  Hopefully it's under 55 gr once it's dried out overnight.

BTW, first use of the Heliopteris.  Love Maol's splashes but this scent just doesn't sit well with me.  It smells more like a mix of lemongrass and lavender to my nose.  This one is likely to end up on the BST

That reads wonderfully. Nearly always cooking Asian. Does it dry clean or leave a film residue?

I would say a slight film residue.  It's not too bad and is one of the reasons I've always enjoyed the Maol splashes

HoosierShave, I've got 56 grams of Asylum Royal Fougère left. That's just about the same as your Oaken Lab Far Afield. I'll stick with my soap as long as you stick with yours. Deal?

But I will give fair warning, I am attacking this tub with everything I have including blooming, 28mm boar or 30mm synth and a 30 to 45 sec load.  I really don't think it will last the rest of this week

Drat, HoosierShave! I’ve been rash. When you mentioned having around 56 grams of Far Afield, I wrongly assumed it meant you had 56 grams of soap. However, judging by the picture of your soap on the scale, it appears you only have around 12 grams remaining. There’s no way I can keep up with you. You've got your crosshairs on your soap, and I believe you'll have a nice trophy for the wall by the end of week. Nevertheless, I still want to participate in completing a soap, and the thinnest one I have is this Spitfire, weighing approximately 39 grams. Even though I won't see plastic for a good while, it will be a pleasure to be your wing man. So tally-ho! Let’s do some damage to these pucks.
