Frank does summer scents right. From Fresco to Greenfresh to this new tub of Ravello, no other brand better captures the bright summer sun and puts you in the mood for putting your feet in the sand while the waves wash over beach. Today’s Ravello pays homage to a charming Italian village perched on the cliffs of the Amalfi coast. It is truly enchanting. Once you navigate past the bustling tourist shops, you’ll discover the serene gardens of the Villa Cimbrone, offering breathtaking vistas of the Mediterranean Sea that will make you yearn for an eternal summer.

Thank you Bouki

An I want to be sitting overlooking the Mediterranean from the Amalfi coast with a nice dish of Frutti di mare and a glass of Prosecco and fresh blood orange. I can visualize it but unfortunately my view right now is the inside of a warehouse in old Rochchacha! Lol
And we are all better for it Frank. Btw, nice to see a guy really good at something enjoy it like you do. Have a good weekend Italian Stallion

Clay Face

Elite (Floris) green fougère
Shave 1 ・ 100% left

Elite combines a gentle woody scent with a cool twist of citrus, along with hints of cedar and juniper. Lavender, fir, and laurel add depth to the fragrance, rounded off by patchouli and vetiver. As the scent develops, mossy notes take over, accompanied by amber, musks, and a subtle touch of leather in the base. There's a lot going on here. Overall, it’s green and it’s pretty good for a fougère Friday.

Scent-wise, i'm loving it...reminds me of Eufros Rosa-Oud.  The really cool thing is that the soap came in its box too...a nice little touch

As for the lather, well, it's manageable.  It really reminds of a Meissner Tremonia lather in that it's deceiving.  It's definitely slick and provides more than enough cushion but it has a "light" feel to it.  It's an Italian-style soap but the puck is a little harder than other Italian soaps I've tried.

Certainly no regrets on the purchase, especially since Pasteur's had it nearly half off for their Memorial Day sale

Another Pasteur's find.  I have been wanting to try Whispers from the Woods for awhile.  When I saw it was half off, I had throw one in the cart.  When I first sniffed the puck, I really thought I should've picked a different scent.  But once lathered, the scent is pleasing and sticks around through the whole shave.  May have to pick up another scent since they are still on sale, just not sure which one yet
