Thanks, there's a story behind it. Eric Sorrentino did a live pouring of blanks for 3 brushes for 3 guys that won a drawing. It was his first time making his own blanks. They chose the colors they wanted for their handles. After pouring each, what was left from each was poured into a mold and this was the result of the remains from each of theirs. Piece of history from Eric who is missed around here......

That is very cool. It turned out to be a very good looking handle. The colors are great. It could also be like Joker vomit. Haha!!!

Clay Face

Indian Sandalwood Cream (Cyril R. Salter) sandal cologne
Shave 5 ・ 92% left

Time for another soap-of-the-book adventure. This time it’s Salter’s Indian Sandalwood paired with Rudyard Kipling’s Kim. Written in 1900, Kim is the story of “an Irish orphan in India who becomes the disciple of a Tibetan monk while learning espionage from the British secret service.” Hope it’s good.

Great base great dupe. Lip and I love this stuff.reminds of my youth. Cool overcast day in the Bluegrass. G'town had their annual Memorial Day Horsey Hundred Bike Tour. I usually try to do the 100 Miller each year. In fact the ride is responsible for my retirement home and location. Downtown has food trucks, live music, and Americans celebrating our vets. Love this time of year and the Green helps me reminisce.

Lip, I found the Corsair vintage juice about 3 years ago. It is a bomb!

Good call Tommy and good memories.

Polo Green brings back memories to me as it was my first Designer Cologne when it came out in 1978 and it became so popular. It was the beginning of my fragrance journey leading up to now. Not to long ago I had a customer ask for a F Based Shave Soap with Polo Green scent and after getting the fragrance for him and smelling it I’m like I have to make one for myself as it brought back so many memories of the late 70’s and definitely the early 80’s. Now you’ve inspired me to pull mine out and have a shave!  Have a great weekend!
