Lipripper660 with his talk the other day about horses and jackeroos and high-mountain cedar got me all fired up for this tin of Buttero, a real gem that’s loaded with the scent of timber and dirty leather. Smells like your stirrup taps after you’ve spent the day hooking calves in the scrub.

This lather isn’t like the others from Abbate y La Mantia. It’s been dusted with wheat germ, and that makes it the color of round browns and turns it into a right thirsty critter. So give it a good splash of Adam’s ale, let it soak up the liquid, and then watch it come all over cream gravy.
