Another fine day so we did a bike ride, stopped off the path to enjoy the sounds of water.


After climbing back up the bank, there were two ladies looking anxiously up at the trees. One worriedly asked me "where are they?".
What do you mean?
"We just passed two people and they said there's a mama bear and her cubs somewhere in these trees"
Oh wow, we were just down in there at the rivers edge.
A couple minutes later, here they are... Right where I was about to bike through.

How you interval training is up to sniff Neroli. That would have been inerstin! Not sure you can drop a bear in a dead Sprint!
