Saw that and had similar thoughts but restrained myself, how's the scent ?

It's a cross between a floral scent and a plum-like scent (a fruity undertone???).  Off the puck, the florals are most prominent but when lathered, that fruit-vibe comes through.  Have you ever tried A&E's Asian Plum?  It reminds me of that

No but had a Peppered Plum. Seems an odd scent choice for "The Dark Side" Big Grin Thanks

I wholeheartedly agree!  I would've preferred this one to be a similar to Stag or Pine Tar Smile

Chiseled Face Summer Storm. I'm enjoying their Summer Storm body bar and remembered that I had a tub of shaving soap that I bought years ago. Wonderful scent, solid performance. Mid-shave photo. I over-hydrated it a bit.

Today marks the nine-year milestone of my wet shaving journey. I can’t help but reflect on the fragrant trail that has led me here. Starting out I couldn’t tell cedar from vetiver or amber from bergamot, but with each lather, my senses sharpened, and my olfactory palette expanded. Though I’m still no nose, I’ve got pretty good at sniffing out scents. But, after almost a decade of exploration, my interest in fragrance has grown beyond mere curiosity. It’s become an obsession. Since the start of my shave odyssey, I find I have ordered nearly 500 tubs of shaving soap from 87 different companies. All told, that’s a staggering 43 kilos of soap (half of which has either been used, discarded, or given away).

While the acquisition of these fragrant gems has been a source of great entertainment, I’ve been feeling a strong urge lately to shift my focus from collecting to consuming. So, with 21,130 grams of soap still remaining in my hoard, I’m embarking on a new journey. My haven will be a number, and that number will be 20,000 grams. That’s right, by year’s end I hope to have a mere 20 kilos of soap on hand. Hold tight, we’ve got some heavy loading ahead of us.

I have a 40mm brush I ought to send you.  It has a chuck on the butt to hook onto an angle grinder and I’ll send a face shield for ppe.  Hahaha.  That’s a lot of soap.

Once I picked my soap last night, I remembered having it. I gave it sniff and dreaded thinking about using it this morning, but I made the commitment. Turns out it wasn't that bad. I'll never understand how someone created this scent in the first place and though it actually smelled good. For some reason it smells to me like men's restrooms when I was a kid in the 50s and 60s.

Lots of folks report “men’s room” but not me. I don’t wear it around my bride though.

Good luck Bouki, this will be interesting!
1,130 grams of soap in 250 days (remaining in 2023) is just a hair over 4.5 grams per day.
You're gonna have some forearms!
