Nestled on the banks of the Great Miami River, Miamisburg, Ohio is a charming city of around 20,000 residents, renowned for its rich history and picturesque downtown area. A hub for outdoor enthusiasts, Miamisburg offers a range of activities, from kayaking and fishing to exploring the towering Miamisburg Mound, an ancient conical mound built by Native Americans nearly 2,000 years ago. But Miamisburg has much more to offer than just scenic beauty. Let's not forget that it is the home of the Spearhead Shaving Company, provider and purveyor of what’s turning out to be one of my favorite soaps.

This morning's shave had to be fast because I completely forgot about an appointment. I bloomed the puck again this morning and thought i would only load for about half the time as yesterday. I was able to get a decent lather but the performance suffered as I've had a good case of razor burn all day. I certainly don't want to put all the blame on the soap as I'm sure I was rushing through the ATG pass. But the Rockwell 6S has never treated me this poorly so it can't be solely the razor's fault either. Six hours after the shave and I can't say for sure that I will shave again tomorrow. May have to allow for a couple days of healing on this one
