Sanctum (Oaken Lab) rose wood

Sanctum is a mild, pleasant rose nestled in incense and soft woods. It's quiet and meditative and a good call for a gray, overcast day. To give its fragrance some legs I pulled out the last of my sample of Oud Palao. Like many rose-oud perfumes, this is hefty and it lasts. It's probably best worn in a dry climate. On a damp day just a wee dab is enough.

Hey folks back after a long break. I was feeling a little stressed out just minor things at the end of the day but didn't want to bring any negativity to the forums. I've missed this active thread the shave set up pictures and the thoughtful write ups. I think I'm reaching a soap saturation point but Christmas is just around the corner.

Stirling's Sharp Dressed Man
I'm learning that this soap (along with RazoRock's "Irish Countryside") irritates my face, with a slight burning feeling during a pass. Both are pastiches of the "Green Irish Tweed" scent.
Once it's rinsed off, it feels fine. Also, I have no problem with the Irish Countryside aftershave splash.
I like the scent though, so I'll probably just finish off both tubs of soap and then not replace them.

We could be Heroes, just for one day.
