Sandal°wood°nesday

DR Harris Sandalwood

Triple milled goodness uber lather + added glycerin & lanolin.
Used to do uberlathers frequently a decade ago, but the new soap bases are so good - not needed anymore. Found the Cologne in London at the Harris store front - the wife and I were celebrating our 30th 6 years ago.

Sandalwood in the mix but this is a 'Cologne-wood' and has a ton of other notes in the blend. Reminded by the Bouki-Master to break this out.

Bath House - Cuban Cedar & Lime

Life's (still) busy. This was yesterday morning.

Great performance. Really nothing to pick apart. I loaded longer and lathered longer than I thought I needed... Looked ready fast.

Not really sure how many times I've used this puck, but probably 5-6 times... still has the stamp imprint visible.

Pro scent. Once again, happy that I've cleaned off the shelves (i.e. BST) so I see things like this.

Skin was noticeably soft, I said it aloud at the office

Was traveling and decided to take MWF with me. The goal was to see if it performed differently in different places with, presumably, different water characteristics.  After all, I've often seen people complain about how they find it hard to lather with "the Fat". I've also seen difficulties ascribed to hardness of water.  Well, I was in four different places and the water did seem to span from soft to hard.  No difference.  MWF performed like a champ. Still among my top soaps, even when out tested in the wilds.
