Drat! I was really on a roll. Until yesterday I hadn’t missed a daily shave since last May. I was all geared up to give myself a late afternoon scraping when my wife announced there was a major nail stuck the car’s tire and things were getting squishy fast. The closest fix was forty minutes away, so I dropped my razor and drove down the coast. It was hopping at Goodyear, and I had a good long wait (at least the AC was free and plentiful). But by the time I got home it was almost tomorrow and a shave seemed pointless. So after 122 consecutive shaves I had to zero out my shave counter. bah.

What a wonderful soap. The performance is great, and the scent is awesome. If I had to find one thing I didn't like, it would be the longevity. The scent is short lived. Not horrible, but not a cologne-length staying power.
I just love the scent (and taste) of root beer.
