An all time classic

Ethos Lavender Supreme in F base.
Going to be living in Europe for a couple of months and this will be my one and only shave soap.
Just had my second shave with it and all I can say is it’s going to be a great couple of months..
Fantastic performance and that scent…the unadulterated, pure Lavender is beyond words…it’s like no other in the shave soap market…

The first time I used this soap the scent was too faint.  Today, for some odd reason, the oud note came through beautifully, reminding me of the oud in Shannon's Indigo Oud.

Thank you Ken for the kind words and I’m honored that you choose it to be your only soap. How appropriate as that Lavender essential oil in the Lavender Supreme Shave soap is we’re I get my Lavender from. I get it directly from a grower/distiller.’ who a friend of mine hooked me up with a while back. She is sending me a very special Lavender EO from a crop she said was one of her best crops ever I’m going to use it to make a Lavender EDP for a couple of customers who wanted a custom one made and a Fougere that’s made with all natural essential oils and absolute's that I’ll be releasing this Fall/Winter that I’m personally very excited about as I’ve been working on the blend for quite a long time.

Arctique (Barrister & Mann) cold, but not that cold

This 2022 tub of Arctique isn’t nearly as cold as the tub of Arctique I bought six years ago. The 2016 vintage was murderously cold. It made my eyes water and my hands shake. I only took six shaves from it before listing it on BST. I couldn’t take the chill. But this year’s model, though still plenty cool, doesn’t have the bite the old stuff did. It’s more like a cool drink by the pool than an arctic blast blowing down off a glacier. Evidence of global warming?
