Grooming Dept English Lavender
Kairos Base

For those who were expecting a repeat of Lavender, the Kairos soap previously released by Grooming Dept, English Lavender is most definitely not more of the same.  As I was shaving I kept thinking Lavender Lemonade.  More lemon and lime and a less pronounced lavender.  Lavender was a lavender-centric tour-de-force and this is more of a bouquet with some herbal undertones, likely from the organic rosemary oil used in this complex blend.  In any case, I will be shaving with both repeatedly in the near future, heeding my own warning as to the fragility of these natural GD scents.  I am glad I have both.
