I helped a brother out by picking up some unused soaps. Hoosier is just sort of irresponsible and had way too much shaving product. I felt it my duty to pitch in and help the poor addict out. (So glad I don’t have a fridge and two boxes full). Hahaha. We are weirdos. At any rate he sent along a WCS Grapefroot cream in the box and WOW! if you expect the name to match the scent you would be mistaken. This Grapefroot is all about the root part of the name as in VETIVER. Awhile back I had a tub of Esbjerg Orange Vetiver and absolutely craved the scent but the tub has been gone for probably a year now and I have t replaced it. Imagine my glee when Grapefroot has the same citrus/Vetiver vibe! This cream is made by Caties Bubbles for West Coast Shaving and I’ve wanted to try Caties newer formula for quite a while. It suits me just fine for slickness and cushion. That scent though! Thanks Hoosier!

A solid yes for me and it’s odd but I get very nice lather with it. One of my favorites. I do like that scent!
I agree, I do feel like it's a good lather...it's just not that creamy/yogurt-like lather style. Although i do like the MT soaps better than the pastes. Have you tried the Strong n Scottish or Black Beer No 1?
Kasbah (Eufros) minty amber
Shave 11 ・ 79 g left
After shaving with Kasbah for four days straight, I’m at last starting to enjoy its curious amber scent. I smell cardamom, clove, cinnamon, vanilla, and dried mint. At first the mint seemed odd and out of place, but now it strikes me as refreshing and authentic. And the performance is just perfect. It’s Eufros after all.
But to be honest, our relationship didn’t start out this friendly. My first few shaves with Kasbah were frightening. Something in the mélange of spices and herbs turned my cheeks paprika red. So the soap went into deep storage for about two years. Then the other day while rummaging through the hoard, I uncorked it and took a sniff. Much milder now, though still complex and satisfying. I lathered it, and huzzah! no more irritation. Whatever was bugging my skin has dried up and blown away.
And TommyCarioca, you're spot on! That Ambre Sultan is brilliant.
