What soap/cream did you use today?

Beautiful relaxing scent. I love the nutty aspect. The last Ethos I used was many moons ago and had coconut oil and I see that is gone. Coconut milk and more butters incorporated. Wonderful lather and post. 

As Matt said a few days ago no hesitation on a backup. I’m sold. Great work Frank.

Looks like I’ll need to make this again. Better order more Tonka Beans and infusing them.

How's the scent on this one?

I have used this soap and splash once so my opinion is necessarily limited. So far, the scent is a nice jasmine tea/pear scent that is a hair too light for my taste.

The maker's description includes a lot more going on that I did not necessarily sense this first time:
"Introducing Musashi an original fragrance from Gentleman's Nod. This is the first LE offering in a new "Origins" series, featuring a fragrance developed around a single note or accord.

The fragrance is intended to invoke feelings of walking from an isolated coastal region with the fresh zest of citrus and sweetness of Nashi pear. As you move inland and into slightly higher elevations, Jasmine Tea, florals and spice dominate the fragrance. Ultimately as your journey continues into yet higher, forested elevations the fragrance again transforms into a more earthy and woodsy mix reminiscent of the damp forest floor and ancient firs.

I haven't got the chance to smell the original Floid Blue but I enjoy every tribute/homage I got to try so far.

Ethos - Blood Orange cream (yesterday)

It's not often that I use a soap 2 times in a row but my last shave with this was so nice I decided to roll with it again.

Laugar is definitely a top-tier soap!
