Vetiver Planet (Phoenix Shaving) clean vetiver
Shave 7 ・ 92% left
It’s that time of year when I start dusting off the soaps that have been sitting unused and unloved for too long. Much of what you’ll see in the next few days hasn’t been touched for over a year. They’re all good. Not a dud among them. In fact, today’s Vetiver Planet is a splendid soap. The vetiver is robust and satisfying, even though there’s no smoke in it. To compensate, I think PAA ground up some raw root and mixed it in. That gives it an extra nutty smell. What’s more, the vegan lather is as thick and as slick as all get out. But Vetiver Planet is one of the casualties of a swollen hoard. I have so many soaps that even some of the best get left behind.
