What soap/cream did you use today?

This is a bright, ultraclean lavender that will fill your bathroom with jubilation. I think the inspiration for this fragrance came from some juice made by Welsh monks. Whatever the source, it's divine. Barrister's Reserve Lavender is about three parts sunshine and two parts joy with a pinch of herb sprinkled over the top. There's nothing earthy about it. Just remember that you only need about thirty swirls of this stuff to make a decent lather. I got transported by the fragrance and forgot what I was doing. Ended up with about two-hundred swirls in my brush. Took the garden hose to wet it all down. But when the lather finally formed, it was exquisite, a thick slippery snow-white emulsion that reminded me of angel spit.

Grooming Dept. ‘Strawberry Rhubarb’ Mallard Soap

This was the Surprise Scent and my favorite from the last Mallard Drop. I almost didn’t purchase it, but all of the others I smelled were excellent so I took a chance. I’m so glad I did on this one, it’s a stunner in my opinion. The Strawberry Rhubarb is prominent, but there is also quite a bit of Lemon in there which I love. Most of the other scents from this Drop I would consider ‘cold weather’ scents as wearing them in the heat could probably be a bit overwhelming in my opinion. Not this one, it’s bright and beautiful, perfect for Spring/Summer. I’ve purchased a backup tub, I don’t want to be without this one.
