The scent reminds me of childhood years, even though I only got to visit Serbia in my late 30s. This might be due to some sort of generic scent that used to be common to cosmetics manufacturers in South Eastern Europe.[Image: 8d0bb667bb017884f4580fc849c78ef4.jpg]

Ahh Brion very nice I don’t have it will order one to have, my fav is Swiss Pitralon Happy2.

Brion is been there for long time kicking around..not sure about performance but can’t be any different from Proraso green in terms of slickness..

Best

Hi Alan,

I would say Brion and Proraso are similar in performance. Maybe Proraso is slightly better.

I wasn't aware of any connection between Pitralon and Brion. I know there is a local splash in Croatia marketed under the name Ralon, which reportedly is connected to Pitralon.

AOS Sandalwood was one of the first hard soaps I purchased when I got into shaving like Grandpa.  At the time I had no idea how lucky I was and that in a few short years the darn stuff would be so desirable.  Kind of like '68 SS396 Chevelle I bought from a buddy who wasn’t making his payments and promptly sold.  Man, there are some cars I wish I’d never sold!  Anyway,  that soap still performs so great and it’s been long enough now that it hits the nostalgia button.  (Sure wish I still had that Chevelle though).
