Sadly the grapefruit scent has burned off and it’s now scentless but it was fun to lather with that big ol 28mm knot. I had an odd tingle from this soap which is something I’ve never experienced with this brand before so although I like the brand, this one will be moved along. Thanks Tommy. I’m having fun.Lip, did not want to influence your shave. Had the same experience....meh - not a good lather. Glad you are enjoying the sampling.

Ethos Grooming Vetivert: F formula
Ohhh baby! . Off the puck, very reminiscent of Creed Original Vetiver. Not in the dirt or roots vetiver, but clean and green..... really like it boys. Performance top shelf as we all know Ethos gives us. Really dig the F formula. Glad Frank gave us options. Really getting hard to decide what to shave with in the mornings. Good problem right boys?!
Thanks for another classic puck Frank. Finished with the AFS, and Creed OV. Got the mom and wife thumbs up. Smelling goot.
C U all tomorrow

Vétyver (Martin de Candre) light vetiver
Shave 21 ・ 183 g left
Vétyver leaves my skin squeaky clean, and that’s what I’m looking for these days. The humidity is rising. The floors, sheets, towels, everything is damp. Last thing my face needs is dose of moisturizing. In fact, aftershaves at this time of the year play havoc with my hide. Here’s to the soaps that give you nothing but a tight, clean shave.
____________
Razor Karve Stainless Steel Christopher Bradley: SB-B plate, 3.25" Argyll handle ・ Blade Tatra Platinum ・ Brush Phoenix Shaving Amber Aerolite ・ Soap Hoard 18,159 g ・ YTD 84 g

Thank you Tom for sharing your SOTD and thoughts. I’m not a fan of straight Vetiver so my goal was to create a light clean, green with some citrus fruit notes to it. I’m honored to be compared with Creed Original Vetiver as it was my inspiration. Some of the Vetiver snobs over on Basenotes alway say Creed OV isn’t a true Vetiver which is exactly what I liked about it, light and green. Glad you noticed that. So mission accomplished.
Great shaves my friend! An nice photo!
