It's sharp and it cuts. I like it...

Bright, sunny and in the mid to high 50’s yesterday to a Winter wonderland the very next. Climate change is real gents. This is bananas. So, I went with Ethos Vanilla Safi. Rich, deep and so gourmand. Unbelievable creation from Ethos.

Grooming Dept Otium
Nai Base
"Scent Notes: Bergamot, Maté Absolute, Artemesia (Wormwood), Mint, Osmanthus, Jasmine Sambac and Musk."

This is a most delicate and subtle shaving soap.  Notwithstanding Mo's comment "The mint is delicate, you'll experience the sweetness and the herbal nuance sans the cooling effect", I sense the mint as it provides me with a slight cooling sensation along with the sweetness and herbal nuance he mentions.

Admittedly Otium better than feared based on mint content and Nai generally amazing.

However, the new Mallard is easily the best GD tried to date, providing all the moisturizing of past iterations but without the residual pinguedinous post shave feeling. Where it once reserved for deep Winter usage, it now a year round soap.

Flew the Blackbird down to the island estate for the weekend. No regrets here.
