Caswell-Massey - Woodgrain Sandalwood cream

Truth is, I get great shaves with these non-lathering creams. Sue me.

Another great shave with Windsor. Two-hundred swirls were just right for making an ample, rich, fragrant lather. I got a very comfortable shave and not a speck of irritation. This is my second puck of Windsor. After the last two excellent shaves, I’m reminded why this is one of only a few shaving products I’ve ever finished. It’s the kind of soap that makes you want to stop your roving ways and settle down.

Glenn, I've had a reaction with every GD soap I've tried and so avoid them but this one had me curious. How's the scent ?

Wow, Grooming Dept is one of the ones ones that I haven't had any issues with, and I have quite a few

The winter storm came in Wed night and dumped anywhere from 8 to 12 inches.  Not typical for our area and most everything was shut down including school campuses.  So I spent Thurs doing double-duty...my own work plus helping with "eLearning."

Remember when you were a kid and there was foot of snow on the ground.  In central Indiana, that typically meant NO school.  Not in today's world.  Now they get to do their lessons on-line.  Don't get me wrong, I am all for education.  My wife and I have done our best to instill the importance of education and learning.  But I'm also a big advocate for letting kids be kids.  That's especially so when we don't get this kind of snowfall often (and, yes, there are many times I'm jealous of Lipripper660 and Nero for living in parts of the country where a foot of snow is common).

Thankfully, the administration did cancel school/eLearning yesterday.  I was able to use my new snowblower (woo hoo!) and then spent the rest of the day sledding, snowball fighting, and doing our best to stay warm!  Having said all that, there was no shave on Thursday (just didn't have the time or desire after hours of classroom material).  But last night's shave was superb.  After a HOT shower to thaw out, I decided to use MdC Rose, an ironic scent considering what I did all day...plus, I couldn't find my B&M First Snow Smile
