A few tubes of Coates, A tube of Trumpers Eucris, and tubs of Art of Shaving Rose and Peppermint. This morning I wanted the eye-opening minty blast of the AOS Peppermint and brother, I chose correctly. I believe this is discontinued and if it is, that is too sad. So bright and minty as to have me soaring even before the lather is built. It’ll be a sad day when this tub is empty.I’m a big peppermint fan too. Loved the scent of this but the performance for me was meh…As the quality of AOS products crashed and burned big time after the Gillette acquisition.
Have found the Ethos Peppermint to be a very worthy successor to the AOS…with much better performance..No..it’s not a true cream…but….close enough…

Warm Woods (Meißner Tremonia) sweet wood
Shave 8 ・ 172 g left
Warm Woods is an assortment of softly aromatic notes including Texas cedar, palo santo, amyris, Atlas cedar, and pine. There’s also plenty of styrax benzoin, a resin that gives it a sweet mellowness. No one note pokes out. It’s just very gentle and easy going, the kind of calming fragrance that gives simple satisfaction even while the rest of the world is going bonkers.

Speaking of bad decisions, I'm so angry with myself that I sold their Eucalyptus cream. Eucalyptus recently became my favorite "minty" scent and I like it solo.
I have DRH Eucalyptus, which is also nice, but I like options haha.

Did you get to try the DC shave cream that was apparently made by Forester-Milano, who made the first version of XPEC?
I've only read about it... I don't think I've ever even seen a picture of it, come to think of it.
