Botched today’s lather. Forgot to shake out my brush before taking it to the lathering bowl. The cream was no match for that much liquid all at once. Took lots of face slapping to build an emulsion. When it finally formed, it was fleet and airy. Amazingly, though, I got a good shave. Not the closest, but no irritation. And the smell? Loads of patchouli and moss balance out the heavy bitter orange notes on top. I get nutmeg, oregano, and lavender in the middle. Definitely a cool weather scent. Wish it lingered a little longer.
