Exotic Elemi v. (Meißner Tremonia) lemon pine

Elemi is a tree resin like frankincense and myrrh. But instead of smelling like warm honey, it smells like pine sap and lemon juice with a sprinkling of black pepper. It’s an odd scent. Definitely an acquired taste, but I’m coming around to liking it.
