Absolutely loving the performance and scent on Flying Mango.  Paired it with DG Sunrise on LaSalle splash again today...just a great combo!

I haven't used Edge since I was a teenager, when it first came out. I have to say, it was excellent. Better, I think, if only slightly, than the Barbasol 1919 I've been using on vacation. Flame me if you want but I was very pleasantly surprised.

Being an aerobic athlete in Deep South, body shave to mitigate unhealthful skin impacts and prevent infection from cuts during healing. Contrary to intuition, have found canned women's foam vastly superiour to soap, croap and creme for that usage.

However, have revisited various canned foams for facial shaving (including Proraso - the best of the lot for my damaged and sensative skin) and can state FLATLY that the canned goop can NOT hold a candle to even the worst of the soaps, croaps and cremes regarding a smooth, irritation free shave.

For those with legitimately damaged and sensative facial skin, the software is CRITICAL.  Can not vouch for the criticality of quality products for those possessing normal skin but postings suggest it not as significant a factor in obtaining a quality shave free from deleterious postshave effects.

Marvelous feeling shave this morning.  Just the slightest hint of scent off this stout puck but hey, Covid does weird things.

Vintage Shaver

Ethos Grooming Lavender Supreme shaving soap. The soap is somewhat soft, which I like. It made excellent rich lather with an earthy, not overly sweet scent. I could feel that if I left the lather too long on my face, it would start to burn a bit, but that occurs for me with all true lavender soaps. This one and vintage C&E are two favorite lavenders.
