What soap/cream did you use today?

I used a soap sent to me by an artisan to test drive. I don't want to divulge the name of the artisan since still in the experimental phase.

One thing I will say, it's going to be good. Stand by!

I used Avon Skin So Soft shaving soap for the first time. It was cheap, so I'm not really surprised that it dried very quickly on my skin, losing its cushion and glide before the end of a razor pass. It definitely does not measure up to the vintage Avon in a wooden bowl that I use. I'll give it another couple tries, but then it probably will be relegated to shower duty.
