What soap/cream did you use today?

Sky was dimmed on the East Coast by the western Canadian wildfires today… https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2021...=url-share ….wanted to take in the unadulterated, ambiant, smokey scent coming through my windows…so went with some long neglected Zingari Man Sego Unscented..I’m typically not an Unscented fan…but this creamy and moisturizing base provided a truly exceptional shave…and unlike some others…who claim to be Unscented…it’s truly unscented…zero smell…none…

Still so very hot in my home at 5k feet.  Well, in my home it’s chilly but outside is very hot.  I’ve been doing some pretty heavy scents but today called for citrus and the first one I came upon was Stirling Lime.  First off, Stirling is never a wrong choice and second their lime really hit the spot.  Awesome shave with superior lather.  Be careful out there folks.  6 new fires reported in Idaho yesterday.  Two big ones burning in remote and rugged country that won’t be out until snow falls and two more that are building rapidly.  I think the count is 10 major fires right now and surrounding states are ablaze too.  Can you say smoky?  The Dixie and Jumbo fires started July 5, the day I got off the river.  Over 30k acres burned already.

At this rate, I can hope to get 450 shaves out of this four-ounce tub of soap. I load and load and make a fantastic lather, but the next day when it comes time to weigh in, it’s just as heavy as the last time. I wonder if I've got some strange form of the Midas touch.

This is a great scent!  Did you pick up the AS as well?  Personally, I like the scent on the splash better than the soap.  It's not as "sweet" on the splash.  I'm hoping he brings back Viticulture I some time soon

Oooh, a sweet scent?! I almost bought that one several times.

I ended up grabbing Birch + Root yesterday. I hemmed and hawed last time until it was out of stock. Had to pounce after weeks of remorse.

If the soap is as good as folks claim, I'll be back for this one next.

You guys should seriously consider picking up Coast to Coast. It's a really unique and fantastic-smelling shave soap.
