Esbjerg - Verbena
This is easily my favorite Esbjerg flavor. Slick and easy to lather. Face pretty taught on the post, but great quick easy fresh shave.
Their post shave products are excellent.

Orange Patchouli Sample v. (Norbeck) earthy orange
Shave 1 ・ 0% left
You mix orange and patchouli together and what comes out, most of the time, smells of moldy oranges. I’m all for penicillin and other antibiotics that stem from rotting fruits and cheeses, but I don’t really want to celebrate them during my shave. I’ll take my orange with a twist of mint or a wee drop of vanilla, thanks. All this is to say that I won’t be ordering a full tub of Orange Patchouli shaving cream from Norbeck, though it was kind of them to send me the sample. I have to admit that the performance was spectacular. Just as slick and easy as you could ever hope for. I only wish I could stomach the scent.
Norbeck's Bergwiese aftershave gel has treated me very well. Once again, I don't care for the scent, but the gel does wonders for tight skin after a close shave. It appears to be made mostly of aloe vera and water with a few botanical extras thrown in – just the sort of thing that would be easy to whip up at home. Might have to experiment with concocting my own aftershave gel so I can scent it as I please.

The Sudsy Soapery - Cola (100% All Natural Supercreamed Triple Butter Shave Soap)
Lord, that's a mouthful! But I promise, well worth it. Very forgiving shave, and excellent post. I really enjoyed this scent... started out a little spicy/clovey, then smoothed out with the sweet bubbly lemon. Like all The Sudsy Soapery soaps, the scent level seems just right, IMO... never overpowering, but always present.
Tastefully done.
Finally at 99.873441% done. Give or take.

Scrolling through this thread and reading all the soaps and post notes is always fun. Yesterday I shaved using SV Tundra Artica and got some good, slick lather from it. I'm trying to finish it soon and would guess I have maybe 10 more uses left remaining.
