What soap/cream did you use today?

PAA Rabid Banana (CK-6)

Why do I use anything but MDC? Because once in a while there are jackpots like this. Never thought I'd love a banana scent, but this is banana split edible, I could see myself using this for a week straight (but I won't)... and the performance, you've heard about.

A while ago I posted a photo of "Razor Rock Santa Maria Del Fiore Firenze".  I said it was an excellent soap and a great value, here is another excellent soap and a great value.

A new soap arrived yesterday and i was so excited to try it I put the "gotta finish it" soaps on hold.  Lothur Calm is a lavender-forward and smells fantastic...very similar to Fine lavender pour homme.  Performance was ok.  The lather provided more than enough cushion but where I felt it was a bit deficient was the slickness.  Most notably, it was the lack of residual slickness.  On first pass, I went back over an unlathered area and really felt that I was about to do some serious damage.  Certainly wasn't willing to do that again

I'll definitely be using the soap again because it certainly isn't fair to judge it on one lather.  Plus, the scent truly is wonderful and "calming"!
