Another bowl lather attempt today since there wasn't much on my plate for the morning. Not quite as good as yesterday's bowl o' goopy goodness with the A&E, yet still pretty darn nice. It performed like a champ with plenty of slickness.
I put the puck in sink water while I loaded the blade and that was more than enough time to bloom the puck. Held the slippery little devil in my palm while I loaded with a slightly damp 26mm synthetic. Then I proceeded to face-paint while dipping approximately 10% of the knot in water every couple of minutes. At about the ten minute mark, I dipped 2/3 of the knot and started agitating the lather. Lather ended up being nice and slick. And the scent, oh that wonderful scent, i was really picking up the citrus undertone today
