80 degrees, 50% humidity, blue skies, and a cool breeze blowing off the sea – a perfect day. And that calls for a perfect soap. Opuntia fits the bill. It smells bright and beautiful, and its performance is just as brilliant. A thick load coupled with plenty of water will leave you will a gorgeous slick lather that will teach even the wickedest blade some good manners. If you choose a mildish blade, as I did today, chances are you feel like you’re shaving with a velvet razor. My only quibble – and it’s just a wee quibble – is that the lather tastes sharp and strong. You can love this stuff, but do your best to keep it off your lips.
