What soap/cream did you use today?

Awhile back, Esbjerg products were all the rage but it has been some time since I’ve seen one show up in the BST or on a SOTD photo.  That’s really too bad because the stuff really is nice.  Orange Vetiver is the one I care for and mine only has maybe 5 more shaves on it.  Surprisingly the scent has remained clear to the end and  Oh my the scent is glorious.  Comes in with a sweet orange note but with a little water and elbow grease the vetiver arrives riding an old Indian motorcycle with a pack of Lucky Strikes rolled up in a tee shirt sleeve. The scent lingers long after the final rinse.  

Lipripper660, are you going to replace this cream when it's done?

It will be replaced but not right away.

Very nice cologne-type scent. I got lazy during the shave, and didn’t bother to reapply any of the abundant, gorgeous lather left in/on the brush. Ended up doing the last few passes with just residual slickness. Still got fabulous results.

Moroccan Rhassoul v. (Meißner Tremonia) jammy cloves

Here’s another soap that marches in my “bay rum and bay rum allies” cohort. There’s actually no bay in this fragrance, but there’s plenty of eugenol, that chemical compound found in cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, and West Indies bay that makes things smell like a dentist's office. Copaiba oil adds to Moroccan Rhassoul's spiciness, and there's a petal or two from some fragrant flower and a tablespoon of brown sugar thrown in. I slap on some bay rum aftershave and everything just settles in nice together.
