Zagara Gelsomino v. (Tcheon Fung Sing) neroli jasmine

Like yesterday’s Tabacco Verde, this tub of Zagara Gelsomino was dissiccated on arrival. So I topped it off with tap water and let it sit for a while. Now it’s a bona fide croap that loads like a dream and makes a mountain of lather. And all that soaking has supercharged the smell of neroli and jasmine so that it lives up to its ‘Linea Intenso’ name. A few years ago, when I was a tallow snob, you wouldn’t have caught me touching a vegetal croap like Tcheon Fung Sing. But now I have to admit these soaps smell great and give me an excellent hedge against the sharp edge of the blade.

Bouki - man, I have seen the sun 3 times in the last 2 weeks. And the snow hasn't melted a molecule. Wish i were your neighbor. Today was the first day I haven't worn my 'shopka" in the house per furnace trouble in 3 weeks. A stressful month keeping the pipes thawed! Highlight of my day is commiserating with my fellow wet shavers
