XPEC Unscented (then Original) shaving cream (vintage Forester Milan version) + a few drops of Rose Essence Oil/Hydrosol & Ethos Grooming Mélange d'Agrumes. The lather was excellent, and the fragrance mix - which I used for the first time - was wonderful.

How long has it been since someone has posted the question “how many shaves are in a hard soap puck?”  It’s been a long time since I’ve seen one and it might be due to nobody having ever finished a hard puck of soap.  I jest but just barely.  Inside this tin are two pucks of AOS Sandalwood grated and mashed together with my considerably manly demeanor!  I’ve used it a bunch and still have better than one puck left in there.  The scent? Still glorious.  And loading on that huge tin is wonderful too.  Harkens  back to PAAs big fattie tins.  AOS tallow is wonderful soap but the current AOS veg is great too.  Such a great shave this morning.

I seem to get mostly anise/fennel out of this one...
and I agree with you, it's not really as advertised but still really like it. Calming and very enjoyable.
Yep, now that you mention fennel I get it too.  More so than mint I think.  I like the smell of fennel so all is good.
