Listened to the Lather Talk podcast with Stirling yesterday afternoon and decided I needed a good Stirling shave today. TommyCarioca's post the other day on MW F&M made my Stirling scent choice easy

Let me tell you it’s grown on me so much I can’t ever imagine not having this soap around. If you are hunting for a vetiver Black Pepper soap that is unadulterated and approachable this is it.
Typo corrected
Seriously though, BTRC really knocked this one out of the park.
Laureato v. (Abbate y La Mantia) lemon laurel
Laureato is made with saffron steeped in argan oil. It’s supposed to make the blade flow over your skin. Did I notice anything extra slippy about today’s lather? Not really. But that’s not to say this wasn’t a very nice shave, and the lemon and laurel combo sent me back to Positano.
____________
Abbate y La Mantia: Laureato (65% remaining) ・ Henson Al13 (27)・ Derby Extra ・ Phoenix Shaving Peregrino 24 mm (171)
