I thought there was another and you refreshed my memory.  I sure don’t see it on their site though.  Sounds heavenly. (And I think I got my puck from you).

Natural Bay Rum v. (Meißner Tremonia) pure bay rum

If it’s heavy, high-density lather you’re after, you’re probably not going to be satisfied with Natural Bay Rum. Though it drinks down lots of water, it remains fairly light and only moderately slick. So why use it? Two reasons: it gives great protection, and its talc provides a smooth, dry finish that suits my skin. Oh, and one more: this soap smells really good. It’s my favorite bay rum – lots of bay, a pinch of clove, and a splash of rum. That’s it.

Bath House Cuban Cedar & Lime, as promised.

Really a great shave. Effortless lather and blade-work.

Lather is very creamy, but I have been adding a light smear or kokum and mango butter on top of the puck before blooming

Very interesting...how much are you adding?  A peanut-size?  Or much smaller?

Also to TommyCarioca

Below is a pic of my puck before I put any warm/hot water on it to bloom. The left white smear is the kokum butter and the mango butter is on the right. I just take my nail and scrape a bit from each tub of vegetable butter and then press it into the face of the puck. I didn’t do that in the picture so you could see the amount which maybe amounts to around a peanut. I think in my experience, a little bit does enough for me to notice the lather is maybe a bit thicker. I know Tom saw this so in case HoosierShave didn’t see this, you may want to see my video explanation here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8JEVHaiR7qs

Let me know if that helps or if you have any questions. Cheers
