Le Vétiver t. (Grooming Dept) balsamic vetiver

This smells just like Christmas morning – the bright aroma of the Christmas tree, the bowl of grapefruit on the table, the freshly peeled ginger that will go into the wassail, the 'red mash' rhubarb sauce, and the earthy notes of the ten pounds of potatoes that are being sliced and grated for hash browns. There’s no question that this is a vetiver-scented soap, but there’s so much more going on here, and it’s not all gourmand. I also get a hint of leather in the background and a few drops of patchouli. I’m not sure I could enjoy Le Vétiver in June, but it makes a wonderful holiday soap. Pair it up with Bel Ami Vetiver and call yourself satisfied.
