Bouki provided a great description of Seaforth Heather a few days ago. The soap was one of several I had ordered during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals and I've been waiting patiently (eye roll ) for it to arrive. His description is spot-on...a wonderful fougere! If you have tried WCS Fougere, it is in the same vein as that version but Heather is less spicy and more tempered scent strength.

I haven’t tried the original to know how close it is, but I like it. I don’t really have the nose or the words to describe what I am smelling either. I know that’s not helpful. My wife is out of town, but I’ll have to see what she thinks when she gets back.

I enjoy them both, and personally prefer the slightly less sharp Sun Down. I don’t find it to be sweeter, just a little more rounded.
Whenever I go to shave, I assume there’s someone else on the planet shaving, so I say “I’m gonna go shave, too.”

No personal experience with his splashes that was just a few brief reviews I came across. Sounds good thank you I will pick it up in the near future.
When Nero announced Floris was once again making a hard soap that lathered I was pretty pumped. I really like triple milled soaps that perform and I really enjoy the understated fragrance most of the perfume houses of Britain offer. Add to that The sincerely hope that Trumpers will take note and once again make a latherable soap so I can spend my money on a Eucris puck and you are off to the races. Well, I picked up a puck of no.89 and just as Nero reported it lathered great. Citrus on top, wood on the bottom. This one for me is about the sandalwood and vetiver. So very nice.
