Original v. (Martin de Candre) lavender, rosemary

That little white squiggle on the label, right behind the word ORIGINAL, seems to be a lavender plant. But take another glance and it starts looking like it could be a rosemary plant in bloom. That’s the nature of the fragrance of this soap, too. It’s such a tight harmony of lavender and rosemary that it’s hard to tell the two notes apart.

Still the reigning champ in my bathroom, has been my #1 since the 2019 Maggards Meet which seems like it was 5 years ago...it’s everything I desire in a soap/croap/cream

I certainly don’t want to bother Frank with trivial banter.

Frank specializes in banter. Did it for an hour this morning with him on the phone. email him at Ethosgroomingessentials@gmail.com

UPDATE From Frank:

I have been asked about the price of the complete Dragonsbeard set as seen in the below photo that includes the Shave soap, Skin Food splash, EDP and the 26mm Shave brush and stand.  If bought separately these items would total $290.00. When bought as a complete set the  special price that was put together for this limited release is $250.00. Of course all these items can be ordered separately. Also the Shave brush can be special ordered without the Tuxedo knot if you’d like to have Tim at Knothead put in the knot of your choice or as a few have ordered theirs without a knot which they will put in their knot of choice themselves.
Once again this is a limited release and once the Shave soap is gone it won’t be available again until next year. The Skin Food splash and EDP will continue to be available by special order once the initial supply is exhausted.

Also I’d like to thank you all for your orders and support!

First shave with the new mentholated RR XXX and the PAA brush.
Not the last.

Out of curiosity, I counted my opened soaps/creams today (not including duplicates) and we have 142. This is a sickness.

So if I shave every day in a rotation... I will use everything twice and some of them 3 times, per year.

And if we say there are on average 60 shaves per item (which is low-balling it, I have a lot of hard soaps).... That's over 23 years of daily shaves.
