Vétyver v. (Martin de Candre)

Spritzing my jar of Martin de Candre Rose with Habit Rouge has done wonders for its original pale scent. I give the soap two short blasts and then let it rest for a few minutes to allow for the alcohol to evaporate. The lather comes out smelling sweet and powdery and magnificent. Satisfaction every shave now. I’m a happy shaver, and I’m even happier now that I found I can do the same sort of trick with Martin de Candre Vétyver. The scent of this soap is fairly tame, especially when you compare it to some of the truly heartstopping vetivers out there. It seemed to need a bit of pick me up. So this morning I found a bottle of Guerlain Vetiver that I haven’t touched for a while. The pump is broken. It gives me more of drizzle than a mist, but that’s just fine for scenting a soap. Two drips did wonders to the fragrance of the soap, and the lather came out full of limey and mossy and tobaccoey notes that added grace to the underlying vetiver. This enhanced Vétyver just might be my next soap of the month.

Hi

Thank you I’m new here too and like the community it’s great, also if I’m not correct did you have some soaps for sale..

I’ll like Vespers by Barriser and Mann to buy at the moment have to wait till next week to purchase 10 here or two week wait period as it’s for everyone else new..

If you still have it I’ll take and I’m also in a deep search for Wolf Whiskers Brush I was trying to get one for my Birthday not a chance sold or I don’t see it lol

Many Thanks
