Bright and light on this summer morn.  Like Bouki, I like this one too.

Mint Ice Menthol Paste v. (Meißner Tremonia) peppermint, eucalyptus, menthol

I had another one of those 'did I forget to put the blade in the razor' moments this morning, this lather was so slick and easy. It's been a while since I last used Mint Ice Menthol. When I first got it over a year ago, I didn't think the paste was exceptionally slick and protective, but now that it's dried up a little and firmed up a lot I'm getting a very comfortable, very close shave. Truth is I had most of the hair chopping done in just one pass. The second pass was nothing but a victory lap. How's it for chill? I'm reminded of Stirling's lighter menthol soaps: I get a cool but relaxing sensation that leaves me feeling crisp for ten to fifteen minutes.

Not sure about you, but I hate the summer heat. Being hot, sticky, sweaty... when I'm not even exercising... Noooooo thanks.
But, one thing good about a hot day like today is it means a night shave with Elite (yes, again) is the perfect choice. It was made for this. Especially when the moon is fiery orange.
Finished with a bit of Fine Snake Bite splash.

Another splendid shave. These are excellent, I'm so happy Floris soaps have come back to life. [Image: 28af5a9c25045754290cd24f0e669ad1.jpg]
