Vintage Shaver
Seattle, WA
Dusy Kabinett shaving soap. This is a chunk I got from a fellow shaver to try. It was almost impossible to lather this way, so I'm going to grate it and press it into the bowl for next time.

Has anyone else had the bright idea to lather up with Stirling Texas on Fire, get a great shave with a wonderful product, then use Stirling ToF witch hazel to clean up, splash a couple big doses of ToF AS on their face, and then proceed to a public place which requires everyone to wear a mask?!?!  I love ToF...it is one of my all-time favorite "smoke" forward scents.  But holy cow...it needs to breath!

Clay Face
Honolulu, Hawaii
Windsor t. (DR Harris) leather, pepper, vetiver

I don't get a heavy, sagging lather from Windsor, but what I do get is full of cushion and smells wonderful good. Leather and vetiver make an unexpectedly happy pair, and the black pepper keeps it all smooth.

Jeeves Turkish Bath [tree barbershop I think]

One of the 'creamiest' pucks I have. Easy to lather, thirsty, yogurt like, and very slick. Not on the radar but worth a try. [Image: 5fee53c0fb3b0aa0c704120d59ab3223.jpg]

Noble Otter Thé Noir et Vanille.

Noble Otter has its scent chops down. Jack from the Virtual Groomroom thinks that this may be the best scent in all of wet shaving and I am not inclined to disagree with him. All totally subjective of course. The jasmine and strawberry notes dancing against the backdrop of bergamot and loose black tea make this one extraordinary.

Noble Otter describes the scent:
"Off the soap you pick up beautiful notes of loose black tea. After lathering you start to notice the subtle florals and citrus from the jasmine and bergamot, all while being engaged with a sweet and warm vanilla. Perfect for anyone who loves tea.
Notes:
Bergamot, Loose Black Tea, Jasmine, Strawberry, Vanilla"
